Lindy Buren held two Valentine potluck supper parties last week Tuesday and Thursday in honor of Valentine’s Day. This was her 25th year to celebrate the day. Guests were Linda Rozeboom, Glenda Miller, Colleen Lowery, Joann Askeland, Ruth Hanno, Evelyn Kroese, Laurie Van Veldhuizen, Sandi Kleve, Connie Brewster, Elizabeth Elgersma and Janet Gano. She received special greetings and gifts from Karen Hall from London and Alice Deprez from France. Alice was a former exchange student at HMS and lived with the Burens. They sent chocolates and candles for the guests. Everyone enjoyed their visit.
