1. Call to Order
   The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met for a public hearing at HartleyMelvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on March 25, 2024 at 6:30 pm
2. Determine a Quorum
   Roll Call: Kyle McCarter (Phoned In), Chad Lyman present, Becky Stoltz present, Kari Van Es present,
   Scott Vollink present
   Members Absent: None
   Others Present: Patrick Carlin, Emily Widvey, Mike Petersen and Dennis Nurse
3. FY2024-2025 Proposed Budget
   Mr. Vollink addressed the room welcoming everyone and outlining the purpose of the public
   hearing.
4. Public Comment
   Dennis Nurse addressed the board regarding proposed property tax levy
5. Adjourn Public Hearing: Roll Call was taken to close public hearing: Kyle McCarter – aye,
   Chad Lyman – aye, Becky Stoltz – aye, Kari Van Es – aye, Scott Vollink – aye. Meeting closed
   at 6:35 pm.
