Cold, Fun-Filled, Family-Friendly, Safe-Kids Day Event

A fun-filled, family-friendly Safe Kids Day event was held on Saturday, April 27th at the Sanborn Fire Station. The event was free to the public. Local fire fighters, EMTs and police officers were on hand to tour fire trucks, the ambulance and police vehicles. The helicopter from Sanford-Med was on hand for a short time for kids to tour. The event was cold, windy and with a little rain there was plenty of fun activities for kids to do both outside and inside including jumping in the many inflatables, some firefighter games, kids meet local police officers, EMTs, fire fighters, medical personal, practiced emergency care, there was face painting, caricatures, balloon animals and so much more to do. There was a yummy freewill hotdog and chips fundraising lunch served by the Firefighters. The event was Co-hosted by EMS Team & Family Health Chiropractic, PC.
. There was something for people of all ages there.
