Friday evening pizza guests in the Jim and Becky Suckow home were Ron and Audrey Schott and Shawn and CJ Schroeder.
Jim Dasen of Cedar Rapids left Saturday after visiting since Tuesday in the parental Charlotte Dasen home.
Last week Wednesday Tami and Anton Klien of Spirit Lake visited her grandmother, Sylvia Andringa.
Linda Rozeboom drove to Sioux Falls Saturday and had lunch and spent the afternoon with her grandson, Bryce Rozeboom of Vermillion, SD.
Danielle Rozeboom of Sioux Falls, SD, granddaughter of Linda Rozeboom, came Sunday to visit Linda and returned home on Monday.
Iowa City was the destination last weekend for Joanne Andersen. She went there to visit her daughter, April and grandson, Rowan. April and Joanne attended the Southeast Iowa Bandmasters’ First and Second Year Students’ Honor Band Concert on Saturday. Rowan was first clarinet on the First Year Students Band. There were 10 family members there to enjoy the concert.
On Sunday, Joanne and Rowan met Joanne’s sister-in-law, Paula, Paula’s daughter and two children for lunch at a local restaurant. Paula and family were able to drive up from the Fort Madison area for the family time. Later Joanne and Rowan visited a community park where wild geese were enjoying the pond and raising goslings.
Monday evening, Iowa City Schools presented the spring band concert played by the first-year and second-year instrumental students. April and Joanne were able to sit close enough to the stage to take a few pictures.
