The Sanborn High School Class of 1974 held their 50-Year Class Reunion at Yesterday’s Memories Museum on Friday, July 26. Twenty-two were in attendance. They enjoyed a pizza supper and a program led by Jane Beyer Stannard. The class graduated as a class of 28, including one foreign exchange student. Memories were shared of the two classmates who have been lost, Jeri Peterson and Bob Wilson. Special guests were Dave and Rhonda Aalbers, whose first year teaching in Sanborn was 1973-74. On Saturday, 17 classmates rode a float in the Railroad Days parade, pulled by Lowell Appleton with his dad’s 1965 tractor.
