The Mill Creek campground was full on Saturday October 12. Many of the campers were decorated for the upcoming Halloween holiday. Grounds had spooky displays, some put up tents to create a welcome or scary place for to get tricks or treats. Treats were always part of it.

Kids showed up in great costumes, ready for fun. The Paullina Ambulance and the Paullina Fire Department were set up to give some fun and games to the kids followed up with a treat. O’Brien County Conservation gave hay rack rides on the trail around the lake. Popcorn was provided for the wait in the long line for a seat.
It was a beautiful night for the event drawing hundreds of families for the fun.
