Brennan Stoltz of Hartley was one of 10 students to receive a Foundation Scholarship awarded by the Northwest Iowa Community College Foundation. The scholarship is awarded annually to incoming students at the Sheldon college. Selection is based on academic achievement in high school and an essay written about themselves and how NCC can help them be successful. This scholarship is $2,500. Stoltz is a student in NCC’s Heavy Equipment program.
