Dear Chamber Members and Business Partners,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to share an important update regarding the future of the Sanborn Chamber of Commerce. As many of you are aware, our organization has faced ongoing challenges over the past several years, including declining membership, low participation, and limited resources.

Given these circumstances, and after much discussion, the board has made the difficult decision not to continue operations into 2026. That said, we remain committed to seeing out the remainder of 2025 and will fulfill any outstanding commitments during this time.

A few important updates as we move forward:

• • The Chamber Facebook page will remain active and available as a resource for all local businesses to share upcoming events, news, and promotions. We encourage you to continue using it as a way to stay engaged with the community.
• • Unexpired Chamber Bucks will be accepted through June 30, 2026. Please redeem or honor any outstanding Chamber Bucks prior to that date.
• • All businesses are welcome to continue contributing to our Welcome Bags, which are distributed to new residents moving into our community. These bags are a great way to promote your business and make a strong first impression with new neighbors. 

We are truly grateful for the support, partnership, and engagement we’ve received from our members and the local business community over the years. It has been an honor to work alongside you in supporting economic growth, collaboration, and community spirit.
