The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met in a regular session at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on October 21, 2024 at 6:30 pm - Determine a Quorum Members Present: Scott Vollink, Chad Lyman, Becky Stoltz, Kyle McCarter, Kari Van Es Others Present: Ashley Benz, Mike Peterson, Libby Mwale, Kevan Kaiser, Lisa Kaiser, Heidi Douma, Blake Wendt, Loni Haar, Nate Hoagland, Jeremy Niichel

6.2 Daktronics Fundraising Presentation – Daktronics will make presentation. – Presentation and Discussion was had.
6.3 Evertek – Lease of Channels – This agreement has been in place from many years. They would like to extend the contract. The amendment is attached. I would like to discuss and get questions or concerns to share with Evertek. – Discussion was had. - 7. Action Items
7.1 Drivers Education Program – See Packet.
