The Crazy Eight Card Club met at Jay’s Restaurant & Lounge last Friday for lunch and cards. Ronda Pry was high, Barb Pry second and Ruth Hanno low.
Ronda Vondra, Madison and Bianca of Fremont, NE and Glenda Miller had lunch with Linda Rozeboom last week Thursday. They also made apple pies together.
Danielle Rozeboom of Sioux Falls visited Linda Rozeboom on Saturday and Sunday.
Last week Wednesday Carol Salazar, Cindy McParland, Susan Leth, and Kathy Ginger traveled to Spencer to shop, eat out, and to celebrate Kathy’s birthday. They all returned to Carol’s home for cake and coffee.
Candace Lyman, Rhonda and Jayden Lyman and Morgan Vlaminck spent the weekend in Lincoln, NE at the Swede and Kim Eliker home. They went especially to attend a baby shower for Kim, and went to a hockey game. Candace also watched Ryker play hockey.
Lee and Susie Van Tol were Sunday dinner guests of Mike and Judy Visser. Additional guests were Justin and Mandy Hoekstra and family of Hull and Gertie Visser.
Barb Pry received word of the sudden death of Diane Olson, age 74, of Missoula, MT. She was the daughter of the late Gordon Olson and Mary Velin Tolley. She was a cousin of Barb Pry, Brad Olson and Brenda Noll and Kimberly Cummings Smith. No funeral arrangeemnts have been set.
