Cherrylenne Hibbing of Hartley and Bradley Zamudio of Ocheyedan are among the 11 recipients of a Thunder Scholarship awarded by the Northwest Iowa Community College Foundation. The purpose of the Thunder Scholarship is to encourage students to pursue the Associate of Arts program at NCC in Sheldon. Associate of Arts students are not eligible for the Future Ready Iowa Last Dollar Scholarship. The NCC Foundation created this opportunity to fill this gap in financial assistance for students pursuing this program.
