Last week Thursday some girls from the Sanborn High School Class of 1989 met at Brady’s Pub in Sheldon to enjoy lunch together and visit. Those attending were MaryAnn Grooters, Sandi Kleve, Cindy McParland, Barb Pry, Carol Salazar, Rexann Brandt and Connie Bosma. They reported having a great lunch and visit.
Rex and Debbie Raymond drove to Houston, TX to spend the past week with their daughter, Jackie, son-in-law Reggie, and grandchildren Lincoln, Cecilia, and Molly.
The Crazy Eight Club met at Jay’s Restaurant & Lounge last Friday. They enjoyed lunch and played 500. Jean Snyder won high, Shirley Mulder second and Gayle Vander Woude low.
On Saturday, March 15, Codi Maranell of Ames, Kara, Mitch and Jack Sand of Sioux Falls, SD, hosted a family birthday party for their mother and grand-mother, Janet Maranell at Carnegie Hall in Sanborn.
Pat Enger, her brother Glenn Schueller, and sister Pauleen went to Dubuque to help their cousin, Cory Ryan celebrate his 50th birthday anniversary. They left on Friday and returned home on Sunday.
