1.Call to Order
a.The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met for a public hearing at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on March 24, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
2.Determine a Quorum
a.Roll Call: Kari Van Es present, Becky Stoltz present, Chad Lyman present, Kyle McCarter present, Scott Vollink present
b.Members Absent: None.
c.Others Present: Patrick Carlin, Emma Hamrick, and Mike Petersen.
3.FY2025-2026 Proposed Budget
a.Mr. Vollink addressed the room welcoming everyone and outlining the purpose of the public hearing
4.Public Comment: No Public Comment
5.Adjourn Public Hearing: Roll Call was taken to close the public hearing: Kari Van Es –Aye, Becky Stoltz – Aye, Chad Lyman – Aye, Kyle McCarter – Aye, Scott Vollink – Aye.Meeting closed at 7:01 pm.
