It was a busy time last Wednesday morning for those preparing to enter kindergarten next year at Sanborn Community School as they explored the room. Mrs. Nelson was on hand.
Curtis DeBoer, student at the Christian School, was awarded a short wave radio as first prize for his art work entered for Christian Schools of the Siouxland Area in an art contest.
The public is invited to attend open house as a farewell courtesy for Father Robert Gralapp on Sunday, May 4 at St. Cecelia’s Catholic Church social hall.

The Office Specialist Bouquet winner last week at the Annual Secretary Luncheon was Nancy Iverson of Northern Iowa Telephone Co.
Prairie View Manor will host their annual Mother’s Day Tea on May 14 at 2:00 p.m Everyone is invited.
Several members of the Raymond family met at Miller Park shelter house Monday morning to celebrate the First Day of May. They enjoyed breakfast together.
