Mi’Ono Club highlights improvements to downtown Mini Park

The Mi’Ono Club has completed another community improvement project. The Club has purchased new benches for the Mini Park on Main Street and solar lights to shine down on the murals at night. They hired Kent Miller to re-lay the brick walkway to the flag in the Mini Park. The Mi’Ono Club is grateful to Visser Bros Construction for the donation of sand and to Van Hof Trucking for the donation of silica sand for the project.
Other recent projects the Club has completed include helping with the design of and purchasing from Sybesma Graphics the new signs visible to those entering Sanborn on Highway 18 and donating $1,000 to the Kids Express Daycare project. A project that is planned for the summer is the painting of the information building at Roseland Cemetery.
The Mi’Ono Club thanks the community for supporting their food stand and projects. It is this support that makes these improvements possible.
