1. Call to Order
   The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met in a regular session at HartleyMelvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on March 20, 2023 at 6:30 pm
2. Determine a Quorum
   Members Present: Scott Vollink, Chad Lyman, Becky Stoltz, Kyle McCarter, Ryan Haack
   Members Absent: None
   Others Present: Patrick Carlin, Emily Widvey, Kevan Kaiser, Lisa Kaiser, Ashley Benz, Matthew
   Van Voorst, Nathan Hemiller, Mike Petersen, Jeremy Niichel, and Lindsey Maris.
3. Adopt Agenda
   Addition of one resignation for item 12.1.5 – HS Spanish Teacher – Abby Dulin and two
   Special Education Teacher contract additions 12.2.5 for Rose Rankin and 12.2.6 for Carly
   Ward.

5. Receive Visitors and Visitor Comments: Comment was received from Lisa Kaiser in regards to
   future plans for capital projects. Discussion was had.

   6.2 JH Baseball/Softball Fields – Discussion was had in regards to future plans for use of
   fields.
