The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met in a regular session at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on April 17, 2023 at 6:30 pm
2. Determine a Quorum
Members Present: Ryan Haack, Chad Lyman, Becky Stoltz, Kyle McCarter, Scott Vollink (arrived 6:35)
Members Absent: None
Others Present: Patrick Carlin, Emily Widvey, Kevan Kaiser, Lisa Kaiser, Ashley Benz, Matthew Van Voorst, Nathan Hemiller, Mike Petersen, Jeremy Niichel, Nicole Shaffer, Daniel McCarty, and Laura Mohni.

   6.5 Baseball/Softball Facilities Use – Discussion was had in regards to future plans for use of fields.
   6.6 SWVPP/PK Funding – Mr. Carlin presented on the update that the district did not need to utilize additional funding.
