Ethan Diehm of Hartley has been awarded the Rosenboom Machine & Tool, Inc. Scholarship. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually by the Northwest Iowa Community College Foundation and is funded by Rosenboom Machine & Tool, Inc. Diehm is a Welding student at NCC.
