Christmas guests in the home of Don and Pat Enger were Terry and Kerry Enger of Waukee, Brian and Shelly Enger and three children of Sioux Falls, SD, Keith and Kailey Enger, and Travis, Hailey and Callan Enger.
Sandi Kleve recently returned from St. Lucia where she attended the wedding of Stewart and Kelley Strubbe on December 9. Fourteen relatives flew to attend the wedding.
The Ginger Christmas was held at the home of Connie Ginger on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Guests included Tammy Ginger, Cristy Ginger and Heather, Heather’s friend Kaleb Visser, Caleb, Haley and Jaxson Malenke, Tommy Ginger, Carter and his friend Bryanca Holtz, Rose Sogn, Heath, Wendy, Lacie, Luke and Bree Reitsma. Pamela Prine was not able to attend so the group visited her at the Manor at times throughout the two days.
Visitors in the Lee and Susie Van Tol home for Christmas were their daughter and family, Don and Jackie Van der Zee and Kyle and Nicole Van der Zee and three children of South Holland, MI. The rest of the Van Tol family came Friday to celebrate Christmas. They enjoyed supper, games and opening gifts. The Van der Zees left for home on Christmas Day.
Leon and Keri Postma of Winsor, CO spent from Wednesday through Friday of Christmas in the Jim Postma home.
Christmas guests in the Jim and Becky Suckow home were their children, Amy of Eden Prairie, MN who came Friday, Dec. 23 and left December 28, and Andrew of West Des Moines who arrived the 24th and left on December 28. Additional Christmas Day dinner and supper guests were Jack and Carol Elgersma.
Greyson Postma of Altoona left Saturday after spending two weeks in the home of her grandparents, Jim and Heidi Postma.
On Friday, Dec. 29 son Troy and April Salazar arrived in the home of their parents, Jose and Carol Salazar. Also arriving were daughter Christy and Jeremy Ten Kley and granddaughters Ava, Ady, and Claire. They came to celebrate a late Christmas. On Saturday they all traveled to Rock Valley to daughter-in-law Nicole and Kelly Roder’s home where she hosted their Christmas. Also present were grandson Eric and Keely, and Scottie Salazar, grandson Alic and friend Kavri. They reported that they had a great time, enjoyed a great meal and played fun games. Everyone returned home on Sunday.
