On Saturday Jeremy and Christy Ten Kley and daughters Ava, Ady, and Claire Ann arrived in the home of their parents, Jose and Carol Salazar. They came to spend the weekend. They all attended church in Hartley Sunday morning. They enjoyed dinner and an afternoon of visiting. The Ten Kleys returned home that evening.
Randy and Candice Lyman returned home from Arizona last week Monday. They left on vacation January 20 to spend time in Arizona. They visited their daughter, Swede and Kim Eliker and son Ryker on their return home.
Wade and Sheryl Tressler attended a birthday party for Mallory Sindt celebrating her third birthday anniversary. She is the granddaughter of the late Ginger Kerr.
Kent and Glenda Miller were supper guests Friday night in the Chad and Andrew Odenbrett home at Primghar.
An early Easter Dinner was held Saturday at the Connie Ginger home. Guests were Pam Prine, Tammy Ginger, Cristy Ginger and Heather, Kaleb Visser, Caleb, Haley and Jaxson Malenke and Tommy and Craig Ginger. They also celebrated Craig’s birthday and later in the day Jaxson enjoyed his first Easter Egg Hunt!
Linda Rozeboom’s granddaughter, Danielle Rozeboom of Sioux Falls came Saturday to spend time with her grandmother. On Sunday they drove to Sioux City where they met Mike Rozeboom of Sioux Falls, SD, Bryce Rozeboom of Vermillion, SD, and Paul and Shelly Rozeboom, Tyler and Sarah Rozeboom, Braxton and Braelyn of Omaha, NE. All enjoyed Easter dinner together at a restaurant.
Easter dinner guests in the home of Jack and Carol Elgersma were Andy and Brandi Wright, Maci, Kennedy and Jack. Jim and Becky Suckow visited later in the day.
Easter dinner guests in the home of Keith and Nancy Iverson were Brian, Betheny, and Jenna Buren; Brent Elgersma; Shannon and Brian Letsche, Kaylee, Kirsten and friend Dalton, Aaron and Crystal; Baden and Megan Letsche and Rhett; Chase and Amber Vermeer, Huxton and Alivia; Caleb and Shania Buren and Bentley; and Nick and Paige Willey, Grayson and Silas.
Amy Suckow of Eden Prairie, MN came Friday to spend the Easter holiday with her parents, Jim and Becky Suckow. She returned home later on Sunday.
Weekend guests in the Gary and Mary Japenga home were their granddaughter, Danielle of Phoenix, AZ, and the Rev. Mike Japengas of Yankton, SD. Additional Sunday guests were Eric Japenga of Pocahontas and Arlene Boscaljon of Sheldon. Mike Japenga preached the sermon at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church here on Easter Sunday morning. They were all dinner guests in the Japenga home after the service.
Cristy Ginger and Heather Elgersma spent the week of Heather’s spring break in Omaha at Caleb, Haley and Jaxson Malenke’s home. They spent time babysitting and planning a graduation party and Heather and Haley went on a college visit.
Beka Hakeman and daughters, Zoey and Lily of Sioux Falls, SD brought a carry-in Easter dinner to enjoy with Sylvia Andringa on Sunday.
Randy and Candice Lyman had Chad and Rhonda Lyman, Morgan and Tanner for Easter dinner on Saturday evening. On Sunday they brought Easter dinner to the Lorn Wills home and enjoyed dinner with the Willses and the Chad Lymans. Morgan and Tanner had visited Lorn and Joan on Saturday.
