Work began Monday on installation of buried cable for Northern Iowa Telephone Company in Sanborn…The buried cable system is a part of the modernization program stated for completion this year.
Walls were going up this week on the second floor of the Sanborn AMPI plant to accommodate cheese processing.
Pictured in this issue was an old copper sign found in a cob and coal shed by Vernon Bogaard when he was tearing it down.

The Sanborn City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 28 on the proposal to sell real estate owned by the City of Sanborn which consists of 24 lots in Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 Eastview First Addition, Sanborn.
