The seven HMS individual speech contestants all received I ratings at the district level. They are, from left, front, Desyre Martinez and Emily Sindt; back Chayton Faulkner, Jaela Anliker, Juliana Pasillas, Annika Overmire and Anissa Bush.
Two contestants follow the progress of their cars on the track.
A few younger spectators managed an even better viewing spot than a front row seat.
