Riley and Shelby Partridge of North Liberty, are the parents of a daughter, River Anne, born March 25. She weighed eight pounds at birth and was 19 inches in length. She is welcomed by big brother, Laken. Grandparents are Rob and Lois Hakeman and Bill and Cathy Partridge of Cedar Rapids. River is Sylvia Andringa’s 37th great-grandchild.
