Revealing The Honor To Marsha Was O’Brien County Youth Coordinator Sarah Fiddelke. Along With Providing Invaluable Help To The Fair, Marsha Serves As The Office Administrator And Ag Program Coordinator At O’Brien County Extension And Is A Strong Supporter Of The Annie’s Project. The Hall Of Fame Presentions Are Made At The Iowa State Fair.
