Jennifer Van Beek, student at Sanborn Christian School will be participating in the 29th annual Northwest Iowa Junior High Honor Band Festival on November 2 in Storm Lake.
HMS students participating in the Junior High Honor Band at Storm Lake November 2 are Stacy Vander Velde, Mary Harders, Laura Vander Broek, Matt Havlik, Shanna Vetter, Rachel Funke and Dustin Rusche.
At the October 14 Council meeting, Chief of Police Gary Grapevine was present to discuss the possibility of a 4-way stop sign at the intersection of 5th and O’Brien Street.
