   A4.1 Public Hearing – Building Bids – We will need a motion/second to open the public hearing. The board will need to listen to public comment. Then make a motion/second to close public comment.
   A4.2 Approve Building Bid – The board will need to approve a bid as appropriate. If the board wishes to not approve any bids, simply let it die with no motion.
