Last week Monday George and Helen Andringa of Bettendorf came to visit his mother, Sylvia Andringa. They and Sylvia visited Gary and Gertrude Abels at Sibley and enjoyed lunch together with them. Sylvia and Gertrude are sisters.
Jim and Becky Suckow and Don Hakeman were Saturday supper guests in the home of Jack and Carol Elgersma.
Linda Rozeboom and Ray and Henri Schnurr went to Omaha, NE Friday, going especially to see their newest great-granddaughter, Eleanor (Nora) Joellen Rozeboom, daughter of Matthew and Emily Rozeboom. Nora was born February 2 and weighed eight pounds two ounces at birth. She is welcomed by brother Judson. They also visited Paul and Shelly Rozeboom. Paul underwent knee replacement surgery last week Monday. They also enjoyed visiting the rest of their Omaha families. They returned home on Saturday.
Denny Van Kley of Sioux Center was a Friday visitor of his mother, Mina Van Kley. On Sunday Craig and Sharon Van Kley of Blue Earth, MN visited his mother. Delores Vander Werff visited Mina on Monday.

Linda Rozeboom enjoyed lunch at Jay’s Restaurant Thursday with cousins Dave and Carol Van Roekel of Spirit Lake, Marlene Packman and Terry Van Roekel of Sergeant Bluff, and David Van Roekel of Sanborn.
The Crazy 8 Club met at Jay’s Restaurant last Friday for lunch and to play 500. Ruth Hanno was hostess. Sandi Kleve was high, Gayle Vander Woude second and Donna Fell was low.
