It had been cloudy all day. Then there was a short rain shower. The wedding should begin in an hour. The chairs were dried off. The couple wanted an outdoor ceremony. Prayers kept going up. Another cloud full of rain fell. Should they move the wedding indoors? Weather radar was checked. The rain stopped. The decision: delay the wedding a few minutes, open the snack bar, dry off the chairs again and get married outside. The outdoor wedding had a cloudy, cool August setting. The bride and groom came down the aisle. The parents cried. The grandparents cried. The minister had the perfect touch of humor.
