Jaela Anlicker of Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn received a Division I rating at the District Individual Speech Contest in Milford on Saturday. She will move on to the State Contest at the Fort Dodge location March 11. Anliker’s selection entitled “Phone It In” was written by D.M. Larson. “The school can be proud of how Jaela represented us at the speech contest,” commented HMS speech coach Mark Fisher.
