Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon is seeking businesses to be a part of 8th Grade Career Day on April 14.
NCC is looking for individuals to share their career through hands-on activities. This is the second year that they will offer a more hands-on Career Exploration format for over 1500 8th grade students from schools throughout Northwest Iowa.
NCC wants businesses who would like to connect with these students through a hands-on activity about their career, which could include a simulator or other hands-on activities.
If interested, please email careerday@nwicc.edu by Friday, March 31 to sign up to present a hands-on activity at a booth. Please include your space requirements and access needed for electricity. Please bring your own extension cords. A catered meal will be provided for presenters.
