1. Call to Order
   The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met in a regular session at HartleyMelvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on October 16, 2023 at 6:30 pm
2. Determine a Quorum Members Present: Chad Lyman, Scott Vollink, Becky Stoltz, and Kyle McCarter
   Members Absent: n/a
   Others Present: Patrick Carlin, Emily Widvey, Mike Petersen, Kevan Kaiser, Lisa Kaiser, John Hight, Jeremy Niichel, Heidi Douma, Ashley Benz, Blake Wendt, Angela Berg, Libby Mwale,
   Rose Rankin, Skyler McCarter, and Beth Letien.

   6.4 Coaching FMLA Process – Mr. Carlin presented on FMLA guidelines and coaching vacancies
