Dinner guests of Lindy Buren Sunday were Derrick and Maloni Mengleson of Spencer. They later visited Jim Carney at the Sibley Care Rehabilitation Center.
On Sat., October 21, Linda Rozeboom drove to Sioux Falls where she and Mike Rozeboom and Danielle attended a body building competition at the Washington Pavilion. Grandson Bryce Rozeboom competed (his first). He placed third in debute class and fifth in novice class.
The Wade Tresslers enjoyed 101 Trick or Treaters at their home on Halloween.
Last Friday Debbie Raymond took a road trip to Des Moines to visit a classmate, Christine Snelling, who turns out to be a distant cousin. They went out for lunch and enjoyed the newly remodeled State Historical building in downtown Des Moines near the Capitol. She reported a great time.
The Pry sisters, nieces and friends got together Saturday at the Methodist Church in Sanborn for a potluck, games and fun time. Among those attending were Jana Fitzgerald, Dawn Pry, Shelley Sommers, Ronda Pry and Tonia, Barb Pry, Debbie and Dedee Raymond, Abey and daughter, Ardis Dummett, niece Bethany and granddaughter Nikki, Margie Pry and Jeanne, Diane Pry, Ruth Klever, Carol Salazar, Lori Van Veldhuizen, Sandi Kleve and Donna Vander Veen.
Nancy Iverson, Betheny Buren and Jenna, Shannon Letsche and Crystal of Marcus and Lanea Elgersma enjoyed a girls weekend out last weekend. They drove to Otsego, MN and were guests of Shane and Lenae Elgersma from Friday to Sunday. The girls enjoyed shopping and eating out.
Weekend guests in the Charlotte Dasen home were Jerry and Cathy Gray of Rochester, MN and Drew and Theresa Zafft, Hannah and Conner of Hayfield, MN. An additional Saturday evening supper guest was Esther D’Agrosa of Boyden.
