Jaela Anliker of Primghar and Ethan Diehm of Hartley are among the recipients of the Foundation Scholarships awarded by the Northwest Iowa Community College Foundation. The Foundation Scholarship is awarded annually to incoming students. Anliker is an Associate of Arts student while Diehm is a student in the Welding program. Selection is based on academic achievement in high school and an essay written about themselves and how NCC can help them be successful. This scholarship is $2,500.
