Youngsters are going to have a chance to have some fun and also meet members of local emergency crews. Safe Kids Day will be held Saturday, April 27 at the Sanborn Fire Station (Emergency Services Building). The event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be available to purchase and will be served by the Firefighters.
The fun will include inflatables, caricatures and face painting. As an added treat, the Sanford Med Helicopter is scheduled to make an appearance if weather is permitting.
