The first baby of 1975 for the Sanborn area arrived at 6:16 a.m. on January 28 at the Sheldon hospital. Jerad Lee is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary DeVos….This is the first grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Prins of Sanborn.
Humberto Toledo of San Paulo, Brazil will be a member of the Frank Vanden Berg family in Sanborn for the next six months….he attends Sanborn Community School as a foreign exchange student.

Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn, Sanborn is inviting all residents in the school district 60 years and older to a Valentine’s Day meal February 14.
There were four tables of cards at Steve’s this past week. High scorer was Eslyn Grooters and second high was Wilma Grauer.
