Adult play opens April 4, 5, and 6 at PCP

The Primghar Community Building has been filled with activities as the cast and crew prepare for the upcoming production.
The Primghar Community Playhouse is excited to bring to the Primghar stage Drinking Habits 2: Caught in the Act by Tom Smith. The show is sponsored by Iowa State Bank in Paullina.
The Sisters of Perpetual Sewing miss the excitement of the old days when they were saving convents and reuniting long-lost families. So, when they learn that the orphanage where Paul and Kate grew up is in trouble, they cannot wait to come to the rescue. Everyone pitches in to mount a play to raise money, but it’s no easy feat when Kate’s expecting any day, Sally’s hiding from stage-fright-stricken Paul after another flight from the altar, Mother Superior is having trouble acting because she cannot stay awake, and the sisters’ award-winning wine keeps getting switched with the grape juice. The merry mix-ups multiply!!
We are so happy to have Paige Ginger from Primghar directing the performance with Betty Uittenboaard assisting. We have an all-star cast!! We welcome familiar faces back to the PCP stage and are proud to add new ones. This year’s cast includes Sean Lane, Roger Brinkert, Juanita Anliker, Paige Ginger, Charlie Corchran, and Greenlee Cromer from Primghar, Jessie Huitink from Hospers, Brian Kleve from Sanborn, and Daina Howrey from Granville.
