Hartley Grocery Store under New Ownership
Primghar, Iowa, April 12, 2021 -Casey and Julie Connor are the proud new owners of Ace Market, LLC,
formerly known as Fiesta Foods, in Hartley, Iowa. The Hartley store joins two other groceries under the
Connors’ Ace Market brand, which are located in the north central Iowa communities of Lake Mills and
Northwood. The O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation is proud to be a supporter of the
purchase of this family business through an O’Brien County Revolving Fund Loan. Casey and Julie are
envisioning growth for their new Ace Market store. While bringing over twenty years of experience, they are
looking forward to serving the community with exceptional value, quality and service in this vital business for
Hartley and the surrounding area.
O’Brien County Economic Development, in conjunction with the O’Brien County Revolving Loan Fund
Committee, has approved financing for this business acquisition. The Revolving Loan Fund is used to attract,
retain or expand business or industry. Revolving loan funds may be used for the following: Land purchases,
Build ing purchases, Building Construction, Machinery purchases, Equipment purchases and any other uses
deemed appropriate by the RLF Committee.
