a. The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met in a regular session at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on March 17, 2025 at 6:30 pm. - Determine a Quorum

b. 6.2 War Eagle Expansion/Items – Discussion was had about adding Sibley to the WEC. Discussion was had about R-Schools being bought out and our options for future official scheduling.
c. 6.3 DCAP Presentation– HMS DCAP team presented their goals and findings. - Action Items
a. 7.1 Approve Out of State Trips– Volleyball to attend camp in Worthington. FFA to go to Brookings for a competition in March.
