   a. The Board of Directors of the HMS Community School District met in a regular session at Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn High School Media Center, on March 17, 2025 at 6:30 pm.

   b. 6.2 War Eagle Expansion/Items – Discussion was had about adding Sibley to the WEC. Discussion was had about R-Schools being bought out and our options for future official scheduling.
   c. 6.3 DCAP Presentation– HMS DCAP team presented their goals and findings.

   a. 7.1 Approve Out of State Trips– Volleyball to attend camp in Worthington. FFA to go to Brookings for a competition in March.
