St. John’s Lutheran Church will have a Soup & Pie Supper April 6 at the church with serving beginning at 4:45 p.m.
It has been announced by Prins Real Estate that Shelby’s Sleepy Hollow Motel has been sold to Mrs. Lillian Wilson with possession given April 15.
The annual Cub Scout Pinewood Derby was held at the Sanborn Community school gym Tuesday evening….First place went to David Kroese, second place to Mike Postma and third place to Brian Coyne.
Richard Wilson was pictured in this issue receiving his 1st place prize money after he won the talent contest at the Ship Ahoy Lounge in Graettinger. Rich played and sang a few songs which he had written.

The Sanborn Cadet Club held their Pinewood Derby race February 19. Jess Solsma won 1st place, Aaron Bootsma second and Brandon Dinger third.
The Easter White Breakfast will be held at the First Reformed Church Fri., March 28 at 9 a.m.
The new look of the Prins Insurance, Inc. building is materializing at the corner of 3rd and Main Street.
