Commencement exercises for 29 seniors were held at Sanborn Community School on May 23. Honor grads were Kenny Kuyper, Sandra Baumgarn, Matt Warnke, Lori Vander Heiden and Judy Zevenbergen.
Mrs. Joyce Nelson was presented a copy of the annual which was dedicated to her by her first kindergarten class of 1974.

Open house was held May 19 at Sanborn Chiropractic Clinic. The facility had been enlarged and remodeled and the sixth anniversary of the clinic was celebrated.
Wanted: A good home for “Spud” the large hardware cat. Loves attention, well behaved and trained.
