Maci Wright spent from Thursday to Sunday visiting her Aunt Stacey and Uncle Roy Eeten in Sioux Falls.
Debbie Raymond spent the weekend in Sioux Falls with her Dad, going especially to visit with her sister and husband, Cindy and Doug Reeves who were visiting from California. They had stopped on the way to South Dakota to pick up their three granddaughters who live in Las Vegas, NV who also visited. Rex and Ross Raymond visited on Sunday.
Jeff Dasen of Scottsdale, AZ arrived last week Tuesday to spend time in the parental Charlotte Dasen home. Steve and Anita Goetz of Fairbanks, AK arrived by plane at Minneapolis and Jeff picked them up on Saturday. They are also spending time in the Dasen home. Jim Dasen returned home to Cedar Rapids Sunday evening after spending the week here.
Sunday afternoon Jim and Becky Suckow, Brandi Wright, and Carol Elgersma traveled to Larchwood to attend a couples shower in honor of Cody Holz and Morgan Berg who will be married September 10. Cody is Carol’s grandson.
Randy and Darla Brown drove to Creston Thursday to visit his mother, Ellen Brown for the day. Also there visiting were her son Terry and Judy Brown of Lone Tree, CO and Lynn Miller of Fontanelle, and Dennis and Joy Brown of Shannon City. Terry and Judy left for home on Saturday.
Aubrey and Marty Elgersma of Otseka, MN were Monday to Friday visitors in the Keith and Nancy Iverson home. Joey Elgersma came to spend the night Sunday. They are the children of Shane and Lanea Elgersma.
Linda Rozeboom had lunch Monday with Ronda, Madison and Beanca Vondra of Fremont, NE and Donna Olson of Sioux City.
Annette Haack and Perry and Lori Haack of Boyden went to Onawa last week to attend the Monona County Fair. Hannah Allen, their great-niece, had many 4-H projects displayed in the buildings. Thursday she showed her rabbits and chickens and Friday her pigs. She received many ribbons for all of her hard work. Also, time was spent with Hannah’s parents Heath and Heidi Allen, grandparents Bob and Fran Haack and aunt and uncle Heather and Eric Nichols, all of Whiting. Thursday evening Bob and Perry enjoyed the tractor pull. Annette reported warm days with an enjoyable family time together. Annette, Perry and Lori returned home Friday evening.
