The 240 acre Ross Raymond farm brought a record price when sold at a morning land auction on August 22. The farm was sold in three 80 acre tracts: Tract No. 1 improved sold for $920 per acre; Tract No. 2 and No. 3 unimproved sold for $812.50 an acre and $802.50 an acre. Selling price of the three tracts was an average of $845 per acre.
