Name of applicant: Marvin Klein
Location of the operation: Section 16, Summit Township.
Type of confinement feeding operation structure proposed: One new 250 head beef cattle deep pit confinement building as expansion to an existing facility.
Animal Unit Capacity of the Confinement Operation after Construction: 2010 animal units (650 head of beef cattle and 3400 head of grow to finish swine)
Examination: The application is on file at the County Auditor’s Office and is available for public inspection during the following days: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Comments: Written comments may be filed at the County Auditor’s Office until the following deadline: 10:00 am April 4, 2023.
