HMS bats speak loudly in win over Harris-Lake Park

“The girls played a great game,” offered HMS head coach Stephanie Bronstad. “Gracie (Knobloch) stayed tough on the mound. We had a few errors we could have cleaned up but the girls fought ‘til the end. A great way to end the week. I’m looking forward to who we face next week with some home games and how we are playing. We’re fighting a few injuries but hoping they will be back next week.”
Knobloch contributed a two-run double and an RBI single. One of Kinsey Schirmer’s two singles drove in a pair of runs. Kamryn Ebel notched two hits and drove in two runs, one with a groundout. One of the two hits from Eliza Tewes drove in a run and she also picked up an RBI when she hit into a fielder’s choice. Abby Otto also had an RBI on a fielder’s choice to go along with her run-producing single.
Cadence Klein added two hits and an RBI. One of Addy Sheeler’s two hits also knocked in a run. Adding to the hit parade with a single apiece were Abby Kunzman and Delaney Murphy.
