Word was received of the death of Jason “Pidge” Van Engen, age 45, of Canby, MN. He passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He is the son of the former Terri Egdorf and the late David Van Engen. Among those grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Casie VanEngen and their three children: Daven, Jada and McKenna, all of Canby. Funeral services were held October 11 at the Canby High School Gymnasium with Rev. Levi Bollerud officiating. Burial will be in the Canby City Cemetery. Houseman Funeral & Cremation Services of Canby is in charge of arrangements.
