NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – HARTLEY-MELVIN-SANBORN COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
Pursuant to Chapters 21 and 298A Code of Iowa, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Community School District, at 6:30pm. on Monday, August 18, 2025, in the HMS High School Media Center, 300 N 8th Ave W, Hartley, Iowa. This hearing is on a resolution to expend funds from the district’s Flexibility Account for the purposes any general fund purpose. These funds, in the total amount of $2,579.96, were unexpended and unobligated from Non-Public Textbook (3222).
All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Emma Hamrick, Board Secretary on or before August 18, 2025 at 4:00 p.m
