Luncheon guests in the home of Charlotte Dasen last week Wednesday were Mary Japenga, Linda Rozeboom, and Anita Goetz.
Friday evening of last week Robby and Laura Ballou of Boise, ID stopped in to visit Charlotte Dasen and her house guest, Anita Goetz. They and their three daughters flew to Iowa to attend the funeral service for Robby’s aunt, Mrs. Pat Ballou, held at Sioux City. They made a trip to Sanborn to visit his mother, Ruth Ballou and sister Michelle at Prairie View Home.
James Carney of Denison visited in the parental Lindy and Barney Buren home from Thursday to Sunday. Josh and Caresa Carney and family visited with them on Friday and were supper guests.
Saturday evening dinner guests in the Jim and Becky Suckow home were Don Hakeman and Jack and Carol Elgersma. They were also Sunday dinner guests in the Suckow home.
On March 9 Carol and Jose Salazar drove to Sioux City to pick up granddaughters Ady and Claire Ten Kley. They came for a visit because they were on spring break at school. They returned home on Saturday.
Sylvia Andringa’s granddaughter, Jay and Leanne Lyman, Abby and Nick of Estherville visited Sylvia last week Wednesday. The family is moving to North Carolina in the near future and visited Sylvia before they left.
David Amundson and Janie Slade of Canton, SD brought a carry-in dinner to share and visited with their Aunt Sally Knowlton on Sunday.
The Card Club met at Jay’s Restaurant on Friday. Sandy Kleve scored high, Linda Rozeboom second and Wanda Schuver low.
Linda Rozeboom drove to Sioux Falls, SD Saturday to help her son, Mike celebrate his birthday. She and Mike and daughter, Danielle ate out together for lunch.
