Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Norton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary September 24 at the Don Norton home.
Miss Linda Weinke left for her home in Kansas City, MO after spending the past week with her father, Ed Weinke and Aunt Clara Scott.
Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Postma and family moved last week into an apartment in the apartments of Rev. Osland.
Members of the Loyal Workers Society of the Christian Reformed Church observed their 50th anniversary of their organization on September 13. The Loyal Workers meet on alternate Thursdays for Bible Study and fellowship and give financial support to local church and school needs.

A new boys and girls program, Keepers of the Faith, will begin this fall at the Cornerstone Orthodox Reformed Church.
Dan Verrips, a professional guide from San Antonio, TX stopped at Sanborn Friday morning after his hunt in Ely, MN and boundary waters…Dan, formerly of Sanborn, serves as guide on hunting tours from Alaska to Texas. He also has a taxidermy in Texas.
