The girls golfers from Hinton visited Sanborn Golf and Country Club April 24 to take on Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn. The Blackhawks went home with the War Eagle Conference win, defeating HMS 209-224.
The teams split the four medals with Hinton taking the top two places. Elise Haack’s round of 53 earned her the third-place medal. Kinsey Schirmer was right behind her, shooting a 54 to take fourth. Completing the Hawk rounds were Gracie Knobloch with a 58, Morgan Grooters with a 59 and Abby Kunzman with a 63.
